I bet all of Connecticut is wishing we wore glasses like this guy! Your looking at the winner of $30,000 in the Connecticut lottery……by mistake! This Connecticut man left his glasses at home and bought a the wrong lottery ticket by mistake. That lottery ticket ended up being a big winner! Now he is $30,000 richer. Bob Sabo, of Easton reportedly said that he did not feel like standing in line to purchase ticket like he usually did at the Super Stop & Shop in Fairfield. So instead, he bought his ticket out of a lottery vending machine.
Mr. Sabo stated that he meant to buy 2 $20 tickets but because he didn’t have his glasses on he accidently bought a $30 ticket. “When I got home and scratched the 30X ticket, I couldn’t believe it–we won $30,000,” Sabo told CT Lottery officials. “Winning the way we did was a very freaky thing!”
Now this man has plenty to be able to reserve his luxurious Easton Limousines of Connecticut!
In return of selling the winning lottery ticket, the store gets $300 from CT lottery.
