United will be the first airline to fly the 787 in the U.S.A and luxury limousine services takes passengers to Boeing Dreamliner debut. The congratulatory champagne should be chilled by now. After years of developing hold ups and price overruns, the state-of-the-art Boeing 787 Dreamliner makes its North American unveiling this Sunday, carrying more than 200 excited United Airlines flyers from Houston to Chicago. Passengers will enjoy the bigger windows and more bin space for their luggage.
Transportation rentals used to attend ribbon cutting
Passengers are taking airport limousine services to catch the Boeing Dreamliner flight. It promises to be a morning filled with festivities, starting with the famous ribbon cutting prior to the plane departing at the Bush Intercontinental Airport at 7:20 a.m. The aircraft lands two and a half hours later at O’Hare International Airport, and is welcomed by a water cannon salute. United states that the 787 — the airline has ordered 50 — can “revolutionize the flying experience for our customers and crew while delivering unprecedented operating efficiency, comfort and lower emissions.” The Dreamliner saves the airlines money on fuel due the body of the plane. It is made from lightweight composite materials and it delivers traveler’s comfortable needs such as larger windows, more spacious overhead bins and an improved ventilation system.
