The newest and terrifying news of the Newtown elementary school shooting has devastated the country and switched not only Obama’s view on gun control, but the vast majority as well. However, it is not just the damaged and psycho killers that shoot poor innocent civilians with handguns but supposedly “normal” people, like football players carry guns as well.

Incidents of Gun Violence 

It was just recently where Jovan Belcher, the Kansas City Chief linebacker, used a .40-calibre handgun to murder Kasandra Perkins, his longtime girlfriend right in their home. Belcher then drove into the Chief’s Stadium and shot himself with a different gun in front of his coach and general manager. The constant incidents with gun violence do not stop there. Some players have been caught owning 17 guns or carrying the guns on them. They have been reported saying they need the guns for safety because fame and fortune has put them in a vulnerable place. They can be driven safely with reliable transportation services, but like former NFL player Jayson Williams who was showing off his gun collection when all of a sudden one of the guns shot his limo driver. Limousine and airport transportation services also have to be cautious and aware about gun control and safety measures for the passengers and themselves.
