Loss of power in any event can be a scary thing. When taking airport transportation services, being home alone or losing power when flying. This scary event happened to a pilot who lost power when flying an airplane and had to land immediately at Westchester County Airport. None can be scarier than the moment you know you may lose your life. One pilot survived and showed bravery.
Pilot took control of airplane landing
Even thought shaken up, the pilot of the aircraft was aiming for a safe landing in Westchester County Airport and was dismayed and scared when that was not in the plan. The aircraft that was coming from Pittsburgh’s Rock Airport suddenly lost power and crash landed in the airports parking lot of Westchester County Airport. Connecticut limousine and airport transportation services passengers were not harmed from the crash and neither was the pilot. The pilot attempted, even though shocked, to land in a deserted parking lot near King Street by the airport.
No one was harmed in airport transportation landing
Trees were the only things damaged during the impulse and needed landing. A more descriptive and full report will be available in the coming days. Reliable airport transportation services sometimes have no control of what happens but choose to keep travelers safe from harm in anyway possible. Strong action is required to keep passengers secure when traveling. There were no passengers on the airplane and no limousine and airport transportation service passengers were around, which is a thankful blessing.
